Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Baccarat account and associated personal data, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account when possible.
What to Include
- Your account email address or sign-in provider email.
- Your in-app user ID, if available.
- A clear request such as “Please delete my Baccarat account.”
What Will Be Deleted
We will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including account identifiers and profile information where deletion is technically and legally available.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, platform compliance, or audit reasons. Retained records are limited to those purposes.
Processing Time
We will review deletion requests after receipt and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request.
